The Role:
We are looking for an Advance Trainee Medical Registrar to join a dedicated team working in a progressive Hospital, the position is accredited for 12months of training by RACP.

Staff: 5 Physicians
Units: 4 Medical Units, Intensive Care / Coronary Care
Beds: 30
Outpatient Clinics: 3 per week

The Advanced Trainee Registrar will be involved in clinical teaching of students and junior medical staff, as well as encouraging participation in research areas throughout the department.

The Hospital:
This is a 280 bed acute and extended care facility which provides surgical, medical, paediatric, obstetrics and gynaecology, intensive care and psychiatry services as well as extended care and regional services.

It has two smaller sites at Rushworth and Tatura with acute and aged care beds.

The Health Service serves one of the most dynamic and fast-growing communities in regional Australia and it has strong ties with metro tertiary hospitals and education centres and can offer opportunities for teaching, further education and research.

The Location:

Skills & Qualifications required:
Suitably experienced to work at the level of a Advanced Trainee Medical Registrar
Team player who possesses excellent communication skills.

Applicants must be registered with the College of Physicians, have completed their FRACP Examinations and have General Registration.
