The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Clinical Director of Medicine to provide strategic, clinical, and operational leadership to the Department of Medicine.

About you:
You’ll lead a dedicated team of medical specialists and registrars, oversee clinical governance, and play a key role in service development, education, and continuous improvement across the Health Service.

- Total package:
up to $562,124 p.a., including:
- Professional Development Allowance ($21,500 p.a.)
- Professional Development Leave (3.6 weeks p.a.)
- 12.75% Superannuation
- 17.5% Leave Loading
- Motor Vehicle Allowance
- Attraction & Retention Incentive Allowance (Private Practice arrangements available)
- Employee assistance and wellbeing programs
- Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) or equivalent
- Registration (or eligibility) with the Medical Board of Australia
- Proven leadership and governance experience in a complex healthcare environment
