As Clinical Director, you will:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Department of Obstetrics & Gynaecology
- Lead the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centred care
- Oversee clinical governance, workforce planning, and service development
- Ensure compliance with Queensland Health policies, professional standards, and ethical practice
- Work closely with executive leadership, multidisciplinary teams, and external stakeholders
- Support education, training, research, and continuous quality improvement
You will bring:
- Medical qualification with eligibility for specialist registration with the Medical Board of Australia
- FRANZCOG(highly desirable) or equivalent specialist qualification
- Demonstrated experience in senior clinical leadership within Obstetrics & Gynaecology
- Strong governance, service planning, and workforce leadership capability
- Commitment to education, safety, and continuous improvement
- Total Remuneration Package:$428,904 – $536,916 p.a.
- Attraction & Retention Allowance: Up to 50% of base salary
- Motor Vehicle Allowance:$21,000 – $25,500 p.a.
- Professional Development Allowance:$21,500 p.a.
- Professional Development Leave: 3.6 weeks p.a.
- Annual Leave: 4–6 weeks + 14%–17.5% leave loading
- Superannuation: 12.75% employer contribution
