This is an opportunity to step into a true Clinical Unit Head position, where your leadership will directly influence how Obstetrics & Gynaecology services are delivered, developed, and sustained across a major regional health service.
The Opportunity
As Clinical Unit Head, you will:
- Provide strategic and clinical leadership across the O&G unit
- Lead clinical governance, safety, and quality improvement
- Oversee workforce planning, rostering, and performance
- Drive service development and operational efficiency
- Work closely with executive leadership to shape future direction

About You
You are:
- A FRANZCOG Obstetrician & Gynaecologist with AHPRA registration
- An experienced senior consultant or clinical leader
- Skilled in clinical governance, workforce leadership, and service delivery
