We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Co-Clinical Director – Emergency Medicine
to provide strategic and clinical leadership across Emergency Medicine. This position is shared with an existing co-director and offers an exciting opportunity

- Strong leadership credentials with experience managing complex teams.
- Proven clinical expertise in emergency medicine, preferably with rural/regional experience.
- Committed to clinical excellence, teaching, equity, and innovation.
- Leadership development in strategy, workforce, education, EMET, retrieval, and simulation.
- Supportive multidisciplinary team with sub-specialty interests (e.g. POCUS, disaster medicine, medical education, VAD).
- Accredited ACEM and ACRRM/RACGP training sites with multiple trainees and supervisors.
- Diverse and fulfilling clinical practice across two sites managing approx. 60,000 ED presentations/year.

- Registered (or eligible for registration) as a Specialist or with limited registration in Emergency Medicine with the Medical Board of Australia.
