The successful applicant will be providing high-quality, person-centred psychiatric care to a diverse community using safe, evidence-based practices. Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, you will conduct comprehensive assessments, make accurate diagnoses, and develop effective treatment plans for individuals with a range of mental health conditions. You will help ensure care is delivered to the highest standards of safety, ethics, and quality while supporting a holistic and coordinated approach to patient wellbeing. In addition to clinical responsibilities, you will contribute to quality improvement initiatives, clinical governance, and the development of innovative service models to enhance patient outcomes and efficiency. Teaching, mentoring, and supervision of trainees and junior staff form an important part of the role, alongside opportunities to engage in research and evidence-based projects.
