In this rewarding leadership role within an adult inpatient unit, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive psychiatric assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing clinical care for adult patients. Working closely with a skilled multidisciplinary team, you will lead coordinated, patient-centred care, provide supervision and support to junior medical staff, and contribute to service development and continuous improvement initiatives.
