This role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive multidisciplinary Adult Community Mental Health team, providing evidence-based psychotherapy, psychopharmacology, and psychoeducation tailored to individual needs. You will work closely with the MDT to help patients build on their strengths, develop effective coping strategies, and work towards improved recovery and wellbeing outcomes.
