Provide high-quality inpatient and community psychiatric care while leading a multidisciplinary mental health team and supporting junior medical staff through supervision and development. Contribute to clinical governance, quality improvement, and service development, working closely with GPs and external agencies to ensure coordinated, patient-centred care.
