- Total package up to $620,000 p.a. including salary and allowances

This position will see you play a key role in delivering specialist psychiatric care across a diverse range of mental health and AOD services, supporting people with complex and varied clinical needs. You will provide expert assessment and treatment, while offering clinical leadership to multidisciplinary teams and helping to drive high-quality, patient-centred care.
Working collaboratively with colleagues and key stakeholders, you will contribute to service planning, clinical governance and continuous improvement, helping to strengthen models of care and improve outcomes. You will also have the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the delivery of safe, contemporary and culturally responsive mental health services across a broad and diverse patient population.
An important part of the role will involve working closely with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, as well as people from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds. Strong communication skills, cultural awareness and a commitment to respectful and inclusive care will be essential to building trust, fostering effective partnerships and delivering care that is responsive to the needs of each individual and community.
