The Role
As a Consultant Paediatrician, you will provide comprehensive paediatric care across inpatient, outpatient and community settings.
Your responsibilities will include:
- General paediatric inpatient management
- Specialist outpatient clinics
- Newborn and neonatal care
- Developmental and behavioural paediatrics
- Emergency Department consultations
- Participation in paediatric on-call services
- Multidisciplinary team collaboration
- Clinical governance and quality improvement activities
- Teaching, supervision and mentoring of junior doctors and medical students
About You
You will possess:
- Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) in Paediatrics and Child Health, or equivalent specialist qualifications
