This is an excellent opportunity for a Consultant Psychiatrist with expertise in youth mental health to provide clinical leadership within a multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care. You will play a key role in assessing and managing complex presentations, ensuring safe, timely and evidence-based treatment while driving continuous service improvement. The position also involves mentoring and supervising junior medical staff, supporting interdisciplinary collaboration, and contributing to strategic service planning to meet quality, safety and performance standards. This role offers the opportunity to influence both individual patient outcomes and the ongoing development of youth mental health services.
