Provide safe and effective anaesthesia and pain management services across multiple specialties
Supervise and mentor junior doctors, registrars, and medical students
Contribute to quality improvement, clinical governance, and patient safety initiatives
Participate in on-call rosters and multidisciplinary team meetings
Engage in teaching, training, and research opportunities
