You will:
- Provide specialist anaesthetic services for a broad range of adult and paediatric surgery (excluding cardiac, neurosurgery and transplant surgery)
- Deliver high-quality pre-operative assessment and post-operative care
- Share in the on-call roster for acute and emergency cases
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to anaesthetic trainees, junior doctors, medical students and nursing staff
- Contribute to quality improvement, governance and service development within a busy, growing department
- 11 modern operating theatres
- Large regional tertiary referral centre with broad surgical exposure
- Accredited by ANZCA for up to 12 months of training toward FANZCA
- Strong focus on teaching, mentoring and professional development
