As a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon, you will:
- Provide high-quality inpatient and outpatient orthopaedic services
- Participate in the on-call trauma roster, managing a broad spectrum of complex cases
- Supervise and mentor registrars, residents and medical students; ensure high standards of clinical care and documentation
- Contribute to service leadership and a positive team culture
- Engage in research and academic activity; strong publication track record supported
- Eligible for specialist registration with AHPRA
- FRACS (Orthopaedics) or equivalent
- Broad expertise across trauma, arthroplasty, sports injuries and complex limb surgery
- Demonstrated leadership, teaching and supervisory experience
- Commitment to improving Aboriginal health outcomes and working effectively in a cross-cultural setting
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
