We are seeking an experienced Specialist in Intensive Care Medicine to join the senior leadership team as Deputy Director of Intensive Care Services.
This is a rare opportunity to influence the strategic direction and ongoing development of a busy regional ICU.

Working closely with the Clinical Director, you will:
- Provide senior clinical and professional leadership within the ICU
- Contribute to service growth, innovation, and sustainability
- Drive quality outcomes through evidence-based decision-making
- Mentor and engage medical staff within a multidisciplinary team
About You
- MBBS or equivalent, eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia
- Specialist registration (or eligibility) in Intensive Care Medicine with AHPRA
- Fellowship of the College of Intensive Care Medicine of Australia and New Zealand (FCICM)
- Demonstrated leadership capability in a complex clinical environment
Total remuneration of up to $559,860 p.a., including:
- Base salary up to $274,678 p.a.(level dependent)
- 12.75% employer superannuation
- 17.5% leave loading
