We are seeking an experienced and visionary Divisional Director of Surgical & Perioperative Services to lead the strategic and operational direction of its surgical division. This pivotal leadership role will oversee the delivery of high-quality surgical and perioperative care, with a strong focus on clinical excellence, multidisciplinary integration, and continuous improvement across services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic and operational leadership across the surgical division.
- Foster a culture of best-practice care, education, research, and continuous quality improvement.
- Oversee clinical service delivery, financial performance, and workforce development.
- Lead clinical governance and quality programs, including PROMs/PREMs.
- Contribute to the growth of clinical trials and research initiatives.
