We are seeking 3 experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurses for contracts at a Level 2 hospital in a remote Indigenous community in the Gulf region of North-West Queensland.
This is a unique opportunity to gain valuable remote nursing experience, work within a supportive team and make a meaningful contribution to a community of approximately 1,600 people.

You will be an experienced Emergency Department RN who is adaptable, clinically confident and comfortable working in a remote environment.
You will ideally have:
- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration
- Recent Emergency Department experience
- Strong acute assessment and triage skills
- Current ALS and emergency nursing competencies
- Ability to work confidently and autonomously
- Rural, remote or Indigenous health experience highly regarded
- Flexibility and a collaborative approach
- Ability to meet Queensland Health and North West Hospital and Health Service compliance requirements
