Occupational Therapists required for a hospital based in North Queensland. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team of 25 allied health staff to cover:
- Hours would be 0800-1630 Monday to Friday with 1 hour unpaid break (7.5 hours per day)
- Upto $75 per hour + super – this is dependent on experience
- Option for living away from home benefits
- Shared accommodation can be provided for the candidate for the length of contract
- Up to $1000 (incl. GST) will be reimbursed for one way travel
- This position holds a generalist caseload including inpatient adult & paediatric wards and ED, outpatient adults and paediatrics, vascular and hand therapy – caseloads can be discussed pending experience. This will be split between the clinicians.
- Working amongst the young and dynamic multidisciplinary Allied Health team of approx. 45 clinicians. The team regularly plan weekend adventures including camping, rodeos, and local events which the candidate would be welcome to join. We have a few gyms in town including a yoga studio, and there is a large lake nearby for paddleboarding, canoeing, swimming, or boating.
- You must be an experienced Occupational Therapist with the relevant skill set. A minimum of two years experience is required.
