Experienced Occupational Therapist required for locum based in regional Victoria, 5 hours from Melbourne. 22nd December – 16th January.
You will work alongside a large allied health team. This community caseload will cover:
- Transition Care Program, Rehab in the Home and Geriatric Evaluation and Monitoring at home.
- Focus on over 65+, home visits, home modifications, ordering equipment, restorative care and supporting patients post discharge from hospital.
- Ability to work independently in Community Programs
- Experience in Rehab/Restorative care/Outpatients - TCP/Rehab in the home/Aged care desirable
- FREE accommodation available – my current locums are in individual serviced apartments
- One way domestic travel reimbursed
- Locum rates $$
