Experienced HP3 or HP 4 Occupational Therapist required for locum with remote health service based in South West Queensland. You will join a small allied health team and cover a varied caseload including:
Rural generalist working within a multidisciplinary team to manage, co-ordinate and provide optimal, responsive and flexible paediatric and adult Occupational Therapy services in acute, community and outreach settings. Servicing over more than 310,000 square kilometres. Providing Occupational therapy via 26 healthcare facilities consisting of hospitals, multipurpose health services, community clinics, aged care facilities and general practice services.
- Rural generalist caseload – adults mixed acute and community caseload. Senior level role therefore experience working in acute and/or community palliative care and hand therapy advantageous. This caseload does have an outreach component.
- Locum rates upto $86 per hour (depending on experience) + superannuation + living away from home tax benefits
- Shared accommodation provided
- Upto $200 towards travel, each way

Additional information: Own transport for private use advantageous as public transport is limited. Car provided for community visits/outreach.
