Experienced Hospital Social Worker required for an immediate start with this Wollongong based hospital. You will work as part of a team of thirty allied health clinicians. You’ll be the sole Social Worker on the team, working closely with the Discharge Planner.
- Acute caseload including aged care, palliative, discharge planning, psychosocial support
- Hospital experience is mandatory
- 3-5 days per week
- Immediate start for three months
- Permanent role also available
- No accommodation available – possible rental allowance TBC
- Travel reimbursement available
- Level 3 role, open to confident level 2 clinicians with hospital experience also
- Locum rates of $75 per hour + superannuation + potential for living away from home tax benefits (more take home pay, up to $6 dollars more an hour!)
This role requires you to be eligible for AASW membership
