URGENT Northern Territory – Locum Hospital Social Worker

- Inpatients only – ED, acute wards – general medical, surgical, palliative care, rehabilitation, maternity and paediatrics
Key skills required
- Experience providing social work services within a hospital setting (Emergency Department), including crisis intervention and short term support
- Strong knowledge and experience in domestic and family violence risk assessment, safety planning and support services
- Experience working with child protection concerns, including mandatory reporting requirements and liaising with relevant agencies
- Willingness to work extended hours, including weekends and after-hours shifts, on call.
Return flights reimbursed and free accommodation for locums. A driving license is required for this role. Locum rates dependent on experience.
URGENT NW QLD - Locum Senior Hospital Social Worker
- ASAP until 10th October + possible extension
- Great feedback from other locums!
- Upto $1000 for travel + accomm
- Recent hospital experience, with experience working with child protection and domestic violence being highly desirable.
- Caseload will be varied depending on experience, but could include inpatient adults (including maternity) and paediatrics, palliative care inpatients and community-based patients, Emergency Dept, and outpatient bereavement services
HP 4 level role, rates upto $85.55 + super per hour.
URGENT SW QLD - Locum Hospital Social Worker – locum rates up to $75 + super
- ASAP start for 4 weeks
- $200 each way for travel and FREE accommodation provided
- Locum rates up to $75 + super

You must have strong experience in Community or Acute Social Work. This is not a mental health role.
Candidates with QLD Health credentialing OR current state/federal police check and Blue card preferred
