Locum Hospital Speech Pathologist required for locum based in large regional hospital, located in the Wide Bay region. ASAP until 29th May + possible extension.
The caseload will cover:
- 0.5 FTE in the local Child Development Service, working with children aged 3-6yrs, focusing on assessment and differential diagnosis (language disorder/autism)
- 0.5 FTE in the main Speech Pathology team, working with children up until they start school, doing assessment and therapy for a full range of communication needs (outpatient caseload)
- Accommodation available
- $300 travel each way to be reimbursed
- Upto $75 per hour + superannuation
This location, based on the Southern Great Barrier Reef is famed for whale watching, water sports, and its neighbouring islands and marine life. It’s approximately a four hour drive from Brisbane.
