Experienced Occupational Therapist required for this Northern Territory hospital. You will join a team of clinicians and cover the following caseload (the split would be close to 80-90% community).
Community:
- Generalist with paeds experience (higher peads caseload)
- Paediatric assessment to support accessing NDIS early intervention (ADOS trained preferred).
- Adults generalist (equipment, home modifications).
- Aged care (equipment, home modifications, MyAged Care experience preferred).
- Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families (preferred).
- Experience delivering specialist outreach services to remote communities (preferred).
Hospital:
- Generalist with hand therapy experience
- ED - Hands/head injury
- Ward – subacute with 2 x rehab beds (predominantly stroke, fractures).
- Paeds ward - developmental assessments
- Outpatients – hand therapy
Additional information:
- Late January/early February for 2-3 months + possible extension

- You must be confident working with minimal support
- Experience of working with Aboriginal clients preferred
