Throughout the Top end of the Northern Terriorty I have some fanastic roles available  – got great feedback from our staff who are currently working in these locations. Great support and lots of fun activities to get involved with on your downtime.

Referrals : Bonus $500  for you, for someone who works 6 weeks or more for CC Medical and is not known to CC medical 

HUGE - NEW: CC Medical still do the payroll but we are very excited to announce that we can also offer you the option to be paid by Geffory Nathan, who are a payroll specialist who are able to lower your tax rate on average 16.6% , very easy to set up, no caps or hidden surprises (Only good surprises in your pay) Our midwives on average are getting $500 a week after tax - take home pay , which is $943 a week salary (based on 47% tax)  So that means an average of an extra $23.58 an hour!!!

Opportunities to do 12 hour shifts usually in Birth suite.
Potential to stack shifts – offered a minimum 40 hours a week – averaged out over a 4 week roster period – minimum 160 hours 
$90 an hour  plus penalties+ Super 12% for RM8+  $155- $185 an hour (including penalties on-call, , super, overtime, extra allowances) 

$106.50 an hour  plus penalties for RM8+ with ABN   - $165-$195 an hour(including, penalties , super, on-call, overtime, extra allowances) 

🔄   Best rates – Midwifery Group Practice (MGP) and Homebirth Midwives  - $2,000 bonus for 6 months 
Potential to stack shifts – offered a minimum 40 hours a week – averaged out over a 4 week roster period – minimum 160 hours 
$124.87 an hour  plus penalties+ Super 12% for RM8+ , can average up to  $160- $180 an hour (including on-call, overtime, extra allowances) 

$140.00   an hour  plus penalties for RM8+ with ABN  - can average up to  $175- $200 an hour  (including on-call, overtime, extra allowances) 

 MGP and Homebirths usually 1 week of on-call a month - almost $1000 or approx. $1,078 ABN  (RM8+) 

Homebirths more likely to get overtime – can earn up to a whopping  $624.40 or  $700 ABN an hour  (RM8+) 

🔄  Brilliant In-charge rates ! 
Up to $11.25 + Super an hour for (RM 8+) or $13.31 if have ABN 

🔄 Overtime is HUGE on-call 10% of shift rate  – on-call is huge up to $9 -$22.50  an hour for RM 8 + or $10.65- $66.56  an hour on ABN  
Overtime rates from 1.5 times and 2 times the shift rate  – more likely in Katherine and Gove due to being smaller hospitals 

🔄 Lots of potential Public Holiday rates, with the chance of overtime Public Holiday if on-call.

🔄 Accommodation and expenses.

On-site accommodation studio available – offered this to all MGP and Homebirths  - Outdoor pool .  
  • CC Medical provide $100 expenses MGP/Homebirths if accommodation on-site or $200 for Hospital Midwives 
  • Offsite – Provided up to $616 MGP/ Homebirths or $716 for Hospital Midwives for expenses per week.  – This is Tax Free – use for accommodation and other expenses. 

This is like getting up to $1,350.94 if salary (base on 47% tax rate) – equates to an extra $33.77 an hour for Hospital or $1,162.26 for MGP or Homebirths or $29.06 an hour 


🔄  Travel Reimbursement:   $1200 return (Darwin ) $2000 return (Gove + Katherine ) Katherine – fly to Darwin and 4 hour bus ride from there – best way or potential flight from Darwin.  $1000 Alice Springs return 

 
🏥 ROYAL DARWIN HOSPITAL (NT)
N4 MGP 
Accommodation: On-site studio apartment
Vehicle: Fleet car provided
Flexibility: Will consider less than 8 weeks – please enquire
• Skills: Neonatal Resus Cert + FSEP/OFSEP
• Must have own PI insurance
15 Dec 2025, Potentially earlier- if can do Christmas dates or Jan–Mar 2026
• Duration: 8 weeks – 6 months
BONUS: $2,000 if you stay 6 months

✅  N4  Homebirth Midwife
Accommodation:  On-site studio apartment 
Vehicle:  Fleet car provided
Flexibility:  Will consider less than 8 weeks – please enquire
• Skills: Neonatal Resus Cert + FSEP/OFSEP for Birthsuite
• Must have own PI insurance
•Can accommodate any dates ASAP - Dec/Jan/Feb /March 2026 start 
BONUS: $2,000 if you stay 6 months

PN/AN AND/OR  BirthSuite (10 FTE)
• Start: 15 Dec 2025
• Duration: 8 weeks – 6 months
BONUS: $2,000 if you stay 6 months


PN/AN + Birth Suite (8 FTE)
• Start: 15 Jan 2025
• Duration: 8 weeks – 6 months
BONUS: $2,000 if you stay 6 months

🏥 KATHERINE HOSPITAL (NT)  - ALL 12 hour shifts! 

Role: Senior Midwife
Shifts: 12-hour shifts (including nights)
Extras: High on-call rates (10% of shift rate)  and overtime available whilst on-call
Nice to have :  Neonatal Resus Cert + FSEP/OFSEP
Duration: 6–12 weeks (may consider 4–26 weeks)
BONUS: $2,000 for 3 months / $5,000 for 6 months (includes Christmas–New Year coverage)

• Start: 18 Dec 2025 x 3 Midwives PN/AN + Birth Suite 
• Duration: 6 weeks – 6 months

• Start: 8 Jan 2026 x 5 • PN/AN and Birth Suite – can consider PN/AN only or BS only
Duration: 6 weeks – 6 months

• Start: 14 Jan 2026 x 3 • PN/AN and Birth Suite – can consider PN/AN only or BS only

🏥 GOVE DISTRICT HOSPITAL (NT) - ALL 12 hour shifts! 

Role: Senior Midwife
Areas: Birth Suite, Antenatal, Postnatal
Shifts: 12-hour shifts (including nights)
Nice to have :  Neonatal Resus Cert + FSEP/OFSEP
Extras: High on-call rates (10% of shift rate)  and overtime available whilst on-call
Accommodation: is of high standard  
Start Dates: Flexible (can vary slightly if required)
BONUS:   $2,000 for 3 months / $5,000 for 6 months (includes Christmas–New Year coverage)

PN/AN + Birth Suite (3 FTE)
• PN/AN and Birth Suite – 12 hr shifts
• Start: 20 Dec 2025
• Duration: 8 weeks – 6 months
