We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Registrar or Transitional Year Fellow

This senior ICU position offers a stimulating and rewarding clinical and educational experience. You will:
- Be involved in the delivery of high-level intensive care services
- Participate in a senior on-call roster (first on-call from home with consultant support)
- Lead resuscitation efforts and manage critically unwell patients across a broad case mix
- Supervise and support junior medical staff
- Work in a multidisciplinary environment that values collaboration and clinical excellence
- General or limited registration with the Medical Board of Australia
- Near completion or completion of CICM Fellowship examinations
- Completed fellowship in another acute care specialty with significant ICU experience
- Dual trainees in ICU or those fulfilling CICM Transitional Year (TY) Fellow requirements are strongly encouraged to apply
- A strong academic record and aptitude for advanced study
- Excellent leadership, resuscitation and critical decision-making capabilities
- High-level communication and team collaboration skills
- The ability to work effectively under pressure in a tertiary ICU setting
- A caring, ethical, and inclusive approach to patients and colleagues
