The Opportunity
We are seeking an exceptional Urology Specialist Consultant with a focus on urological surgical oncology. You will join a growing department with strong support for subspecialty development in endo-urology and access to advanced robotic surgical platforms.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-quality elective and emergency urology care
- Access the da Vinci robotic surgical system
- Collaborate with co-located private hospitals with robotic capability
- Develop subspecialty skills including HoLEP and PCNL
- Contribute to service improvement, innovation and multidisciplinary care
- Remuneration up to $454,145 p.a. plus up to 12.75% super
- Attraction and Retention Allowance up to 50% of base salary
- Motor vehicle allowance
- Overtime and on-call allowances
- $21,500 annual professional development allowance
- Professional development leave and indemnity cover
- Salary packaging and wellness program
- Permanent full-time or part-time options up to 80 hours per fortnight
