• The referred candidate must complete 12 locum shifts (minimum 24 days in total), if they are a medical professional
• The referred candidate must complete 12 weeks of shifts, if they are a nurse or allied health professional
• The referred candidate must be employed for more than 3 months, if they are employed in a permanent capacity
