And if you’re attending, you’ll have no trouble finding us.
CC Medical is proud to be the Coffee Cart Sponsor, so come and grab a coffee, meet our team and have a chat about where your mental health nursing career could take you next.
Celebrating the people behind mental health care
Mental health nurses play an essential role in Australia’s healthcare system, supporting individuals, families and communities across metropolitan, regional, rural and remote Australia.
Events such as ACMHN 2026 provide an important opportunity to bring the profession together—not only to discuss the challenges facing mental health care, but to share knowledge, strengthen professional connections and look at how the sector can continue to evolve.
The conference is expected to bring together hundreds of delegates from Australia and overseas, with a program featuring mental health nursing leaders, clinicians, researchers, educators, private practitioners and lived-experience perspectives.
Topics will range from specialisation in mental health nursing and digital mental health to artificial intelligence, First Nations mental health nursing, alcohol and other drugs, and mental health nursing across the lifespan.
Why these conversations matter
At CC Medical, we see first-hand the important contribution mental health nurses make to healthcare services and communities across Australia.
We also understand that building a strong mental health workforce isn't simply about filling vacancies. It's about connecting skilled professionals with the services and communities that need them, supporting nurses throughout their careers and creating opportunities for people to experience different workplaces, locations and models of care.
That's why events like ACMHN are so valuable.
They create a space for nurses, healthcare organisations, educators, researchers and industry partners to connect, exchange ideas and strengthen the profession. In fact, one of the stated aims of ACMHN 2026 is to create an environment for sharing knowledge, building relationships and promoting collaborative practice across mental health nursing and the wider mental health sector.
